Which is the cheap and best university for doing Masters in civil engineering? I did my B.Tech in civil with 64%.

Hi,
There is no direct way that Cheap University will provide good placement. You can try in Lovely Professional University as they provide good teaching and placements. They have a scholarship programme which can help you. But I think you have to give a test for the same as admissions are closing, I would suggest you call them and get your queries clarified.
