At both countries where Engineering degrees are 4 yrs duration, your minimum spend is INR 20 lakhs per annum. USA has a host of entrance exams like the SATs and the ACTs in addition to the IELTS/TOEFL. For Australia IELTS alone is sufficient. Now you decide. Hope this helps. Thanks.

Well, if you are looking to settle down, then Ireland (if you want to study a Masters/PGDip both one year duration), Canada & NZ ( if you are OKay with just a one year PG Dip as the Masters are research-oriented). Australia it is 2 year Masters and a 2 year PSW is what you shall be eligible to apply
