Doing CPL is a costly affair and it requires the candidate to fly actual aircraft and since it is a professional course it should be done under the guidance of experienced and well trained instructors.
You may find cheap flying clubs in Phillipines, many go there to do their CPL training and after returning they convert their license to Indian license.

    Hi Sufiyan,
Flight training or CPL fees are almost same world over, you can try in Philippines but not sure if they provide the training and licensing. Similarly, don't try to get into cheap schools because they won't be worth it. You can stick to India, saving yourself from additional expenses in your own country and also there are some world class training centers in India. Also, check if Canada if the budget suits you.
