Every exam is as difficult or easy as the preparation of the candidate appearing for it. There are some subjects that are common to all entrance exams - legal aptitude, general awareness, English comprehension, numerical ability, etc. - for which preparation has to be done thoroughly irrespective of the exam that the candidate wishes to undertake. That being said, law entrance exams should not be taken lightly as there are Lacs of students competing for meager thousands of coveted seats.

There is no such thing as an 'easy' entrance exam, hence there is no 'easiest' exam either.
Law exams conducted for every university, be it CLAT for NLUs or other private college exams, have a basic difficulty level on which the candidates are tested.

To get into a reputed college or rather I would say, you should prefer an NLU because no other law college has that reputation that an NLU has.
Also, you have NLU Delhi for which a separate entrance exam takes place.
You should prefer preparing for CLAT as that would complete your preparation for every other national entrance tests for law.
The level of the entrance is more or less the same but yes it becomes difficult when there are more candidates than the seats available.
So, you can't really judge the difficulty
