In every year the National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research's (NIPER) the highest placement package changes based on student characteristics and market trends. But in the last few years, NIPER institutes have seen some of the best placement packages, which range from INR 15-20 Lacs

The NIPER the highest package has not been out yet. However, the median package for MPharma has been released in the NIRF report 2023. During 2022 placements, the median package for MPharma courses stood at INR 6.35 LPA. The table below depicts the NIPER placement salary for reference:
