LPU conducts LPU-NEST for MBA, engineering, law, design, agriculture, applied medical sciences, hotel management and Ph.D. LPU-NEST is an entrance and scholarship test. You get admission as well as scholarship when you qualify this exam. But there are a few courses in which you get direct admission, you need not appear in LPU-NEST if you have good percentage in last qualifying exam. Your percentage in last qualified exam and LPU-NEST score plays major role in admission. Eligibility Criteria (Qualifying Exam)
Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with English) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPUNEST and Interview

Due to COVID-19 Pandemic, every educational institute is supporting the students by offering the online platform for the admission process, Fee payment, study material etc. Being a responsible university, Lovely Professional University is also giving contribution by maintaining the social distancing. Last date of admission for Integrated BBA-MBA course as per your search on Shiksha is 30th April. To be the part of this programme LPUNEST is not compulsory it's candidate choice to appear for it. For most of the programmes amendments are going on due to impact of COVID-19. Referring to it, LPU has taken initiative to support students by relaxing some norms in admission process, through online mode one can come in contact with LPU counselors or details showing on LPU website. Already online admissions are ongoing for upcoming academic session 2020-21, so be ready and alert.

No,it is not compulsory for the admissions. I highly recommend to give that exam as that would easily lend you a great scholarship for the rest of you course.
