Techno India Salt Lake, also known as TISL, was established in 2001. Affiliated to Maulana Azad University of Technology, West Bengal, the institute is now known as Techno Main Salt Lake as it is the flagship college and the main placement centre for the Techno India Group of Colleges in West Bengal.
