Which is the most affordable place abroad to pursue M.Tech? I have scored 70% aggregate in B.Tech civil from an average college in Lucknow.
My financial condition isn't so good. I'm in my 4th year of B.Tech.

Hi PG, affordable yet popular study abroad destinations for engineering and sciences are Germany (very competitive), Singapore, Hong Kong, The Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Denmark, New Zealand, Israel and Russia.
