Talking about more demanding fields, i.e. CSE, IT, EC. But, I would suggest you not to opt any field just because they are demanding, you should be opting such a field in which you seem to be interested, because if you'll be going for field of your interest, definitely you'll do good.

The respective students of the engineering branches will explain the difficulty in their own way. The hardworking, generally, is individual and depends much on his/her ambition.

The fields of engineering that are in most demand is vary from time to time and country to country. Every field of engineering has its own reason of demand like civil, IT, CSE, ECE, mechanical, petroleum and chemical. You can choose any one and give your best and make yourself in high demand.
