which is the most preferred specialization for b.tech students and where do they stand after mba

i'm a b.tech graduate please help me or rather suggest me as to which specialization would fetch a good career for me

for monetary gains, Finance is the best with people in Investment banking earning in crores per annum. From consistency point of view, operations/ systems in the best choice with people working in organizations like Amazon or IT giants like Microsoft as a program manager or analyst etc.
