Right now, CSE branch is more preferred branch in India. B.Tech. Computer Science and Engineering is all about Computer Sciences, programming languages, software development and testing, networking etc. It also focuses on using the above mentioned skills and knowledge for practical and Industry specific usage. I would recommend the top five engineering streams in terms of placement and salary packages offered.
    3. Civil Engineering
A civil engineers job is not new. It is perhaps the oldest branch of engineering. Civil engineers have a great responsibility of creating cities which are modern and well planned.
    Income:
An Average Engineer: Rs 11,000/- to Rs 18,000/- Per MonthA Good Engineer: Rs 30,000/- to Rs 45,000/- Per MonthTop Grade Engineer: Rs 60,000/- to Rs 85,000/- Per Month
    Present & Future:
Present of a civil engineer is good. Few years back the demand for civil engineers was quite less but in future because of urbanization of the country m

I would recommend electronics and communication engineering. You will discover all about digital electronics and logic design, electronic circuits, signals and systems, power electronics, applied electromagnetic theory, integrated circuits, VLSI etc. Go for this engineering specialization if you have a strong base (and interest) in calculus and physics (semiconductors, etc.). The telecommunications enterprise and mobile development industry have been advancing by leaps and bounds in the last few years and would offer wonderful opportunities to graduates.
If you have a B.Tech or a similar degree from a good institution, you can expect to

Graduate course preference depends on the individual. Everyone should choose their specialization keeping in mind the future perspectives and the inclination towards the subject. For example, if you have in mind to appear for engineering services, none other than four core branches are making you eligible for appearing. A mechanically inclined mind opting for CSE would be completely wrong.
Still viewing the job perspectives and opportunities CSE is preferred by a lot of guys nowadays. The reason is rising technological developments and increasing job opportunities. As we can see the top valued brand companies are Apple, Alphabet and Mic
