    Hi, AIIMS Patna is the top ranked Nursing college in Bihar according to NIRF ranking 2024 under the Medical category. AIIMS Patna has been ranked 26th for Medical category by NIRF.

    There are 61 nursing colleges in Bihar that offer full-time and part-time courses. Out of these, 22 are Private, 13 are Public and the rest 2 are Public- Private. Nursing is an essential component of the healthcare system. Nursing students are taught how to care for patients, support doctors, and manage general hospital activities (first aid, patient records, etc.).  The popular nursing colleges in Bihar are All India Institute of Sciences, Indira Gandhi Institute of Sciences, Patna, Gopal Naryan Singh University, etc.
