Hi Raj, See if there is any vocational junior college in the place you stay. Vocational stream offers food technology at +2 level. Then you can pursue your graduation in the same if you wish to do so.
If you want to do from +2 then you can go for health care science , bio , home science as your el

it can be science or commerce but yes science is a better option and after 12 boards apply in pusa n all states exams for HM adn complete HM n enjoy chef life
