Is vit 2nd best private eng college? If not then which is? And what does it mean that "VIT is a deemed university"? Please do respond.

No doubt, VIT is a very good private university for engineering course. Do not give much weightage to surveys and opinion polls which rank colleges on different parameters as most of them are paid by interested parties. BITS Mesra, GLA university, Sharda University and KIET are some well known name
