Which is the suitable course for me like B.Sc construction management or BBA general/Honorary degree courses?
I have studied 3 years Diploma in civil engineering after SSLC and working in construction field from 10+ years.

You can go for BBA and B.Sc course, but the minimum eligibility condition is class 12+. If you enter for Diploma after class 12th, then you can go for B.Sc, and BBA. Otherwise, there is no option for you.
