Event management courses for part time are done by comapnies like EvenTBaska in Mumbai. Institution like:
1. KJ Somaiya.
2. MICA are the best with average of Rs.8 lakhs per annum.
Media companies do hire such graduates too.

There are many universities. See which one fits in your budget. Amity has event management in MBA. See, if that is what you want.
