Dear Bubai. if you talking about best college in pune irrespective of entrance exam then its "SIBM -Pune and SCMHRD-pune.

SIBM,Pune is the best college then MIT,Pune is next.

SIBM, SCHMRD are the best. If you want to go further if you cant get thru to above colleges then you have PUMBA, BIMM, FLAME.
