Faculty of Commerce and Delhi School of Economics-Delhi University are the best to study MBA on the basis of ROI.

KJ Somaiya-Mumbai and Sydenham College. These colleges have fees below 4 lakhs per year and ROI is also good.

Shri Ram College of commerce, Delhi University. There is a PGDM course called global business operations. Fees is also very reasonable. This is probably the best college according to your needs.

Topmost institute and less fees, both are contradictory. You want the top one or the cheapest one, kindly clarify.
