Dear janak
For b.com programme you can think of Delhi university , Christ university , Mumbai university .
If you can specify me ur career goal and ur short introduction than i would suggest u some more option in education

Dear janak,
To achieve your target you should complete ur education atleast till master in economic field. And you start preparing for IAS when u complete ur graduate degree .Give you best effort and maintain ur schedule to give more time towards education bcz if you give ur next 5 years in prepari
