Engineering isn't a theoretical subject. If you're unable to connect with it and understand its implementation in the practical world, it will be tough for you and won't turn out to be fruitful. So, go for a branch of engineering which you're interested in. It will help you gain more knowledge and will reflect better on your mark sheets as well. Engineering is a 4 year course.
