The exam conducted by AIIMS (All India Institute of Medical Sciences) is the toughest.

The medical entrance exams conducted by AIIMS is highly difficult, as lakhs of aspiring doctors appear for these exams to compete for a very limited number of seats. Undoubtedly, AIIMS entrance exams are considered as few of the most difficult entrance exams in India.
