JEE Advanced is considered as one of the toughest entrance examination of India. The difficulty level of the paper is very high as compared to NEET paper. JEE is a two stage examination. The first stage is called JEE Mains and the next is JEE Advanced. National Institute of Technologies (NITs) and the other Government Funded Institutes (GFTIs ) admits its students on the basis of JEE Mains rank where as (Indian Institute of Technologies) IITs, IIST, IISc takes students on the basis of JEE Advanced rank.
NEET is a bit easier to crack. Weightage of biology is more. Although seats are limited in the government medical colleges like AIMS.

    Hi,
Though JEE Advanced (previously known as IITJEE) is considered to be one of the toughest entrance examinations throughout the world, both of these examinations JEE and NEET are conducted with different aims. JEE is divided into two exams- JEE Mains and JEE Advanced. So, amongst these three exams, JEE Advanced is the toughest one to crack, NEET being the intermediate one and the JEE Mains is the easiest of three to crack. People passing JEE can apply for IITs, NITs and top notch government colleges throughout the India (Obviously, they can apply for the rest of the colleges as well). This means that there are many seats for the stude

As per the students who cleared JEE and NEET both, JEE is a bit tougher than NEET because of the difficulty level of the question paper. However, the large competition in NEET makes it difficult to secure admission in a top medical college.
