XAT is difficult than IBSAT. Decision making, Verbal, RC of XAT is bit tough. Maths is moderate.

Both the exams are pretty much same in terms of difficulty level. So, it depends on which exam's pattern you are more comfortable with. So, none of them is more difficult than other in absolute terms.
