XAT is difficult than IBSAT. Decision making, Verbal, RC of XAT is bit tough. Maths is moderate.

Cracking is just a relative term.There is nothing called tougher to crack or easy to crack. This view depends upon the preparation of the exam you are giving. There are a number of exams conducted in India for the MBA type courses. Exams like CAT, XAT, GMAT, MAT, IBSAT, NMAT, SNAP, etc. have some minor tweaking and variations apart from the main sections. Each of these exams has a quantitative aptitude, verbal reasoning, logical reasoning and data interpretation, apart from GK or essay writing section in some of the exams. XAT is for admission to XLRI (Xavier's Labour Reform Institute and IBSAT is for Indian School of Business. Both are among the top ones but XLRI is much better and top-most as compared to IBS. Also, the level of XAT is more difficult as compared to IBSAT. You need to be more clear from your basic to clear your XAT exam like it has the section of decision making, aptitude, English and general awareness. One has to prepare more thorough to crack it with a good score
