Which JEE rank among AIR or OBC NCL rank is considered for admission in DTU and NSIT?

If your home state is not Delhi, then all India OBC rank will be considered and if your home state is Delhi, then your state OBC rank will be considered, as it has reservation of 85% of seats for Delhi students. You can see the closing rank on the link http://jacdelhi.nic.in
