Which job experience counts best for pgdie at NITIE,Mumbai.Maintainence engineer(mechanical) at SAIL or designer job at Cummins India?

I am b.tech in manufacturing from Nifft,Ranchi.I aim to enter management consultancy(operations/SCM/Strategy) after pgdie from NITIE,mumbai which I hope to pursue after 2-3 yrs of relevant experience.
