Which job oriented course is better: CAD, CAM or PLC automation?

If u r a student of mechanical then CAD CAM will be better. Now a days PLC is very much upgraded. Electronic and Instrumentation branch can help you to get more knowledge and better scope. Yes for an add on course you can go for PLC automation.
