German and Spanish both have their own benefits. It is better if you go with German, as it's a more common European language.

Certainly, Spanish as it is the most widely spoken language all around the world.

The questions are way too broad. If that indicates you're not really sure what exactly you want to do, then Spanish is probably the better bet. However, for tourism jobs, German might be better because Germans travel a lot, so it will be useful in the tourism industry pretty much everywhere.
