All three languages, German, French, and Spanish, offer great career opportunities. However, the language with the largest career scope may vary depending on the field you are interested in. If you are interested in international business, then German may be the best language to learn as Germany is one of the world's leading export countries, and German is the second most commonly used language in the business world. These days, German is on the boom. So, I would rather suggest you to go for German. The order of preference would be:
    German
    French

That makes it the most spoken language in the world. But, along with being the most spoken language, it is also quite tough as compared to Spanish.
