The C1 or the C2 level of French learning is considered as fluent. Indian students who reach this level of learning, can converse, form thoughts and communicate easily in the French language. The levels of French fluency varies with each institution. Thus, based on Alliance Francaise, the:
- C1 level is independent level and can express oneself fluently.
- C2 level is master's level which means whoever has reached this far can speak and write fluently and understand everything too with ease.
