    Dear Shital,
    I prefer you should opt any Post Graduate Degree & not to go for a Diploma.
    & your first preference should be MBA.
    Now you question, What stream you need choose in MBA.
    Dear, you do that which you love the most, always remember
    Running behind success will always keep you RUNNING.
    Running towards your passion will always keep you HAPPY. thus you can be successful.
    You need to choose your specialization in second year of MBA mean while you will be so matured to choose your liking.
    Never follow what your friends are doing,
    Never do course in force of family,
    Take experts suggestion, but DO WHAT YOU LOVE after all its your PRECIOUS LI

    As per your profile pursuing full time MBA or PGDM program would be the best option for you as it will further enhance your career prospects.
    Besides the course mentioned above you may even consider pursuing:
    - Post Graduation Diploma in Risk Management.
    - Master in Financial Management.
    - Masters in Management Studies.
    - Masters in Retail Management.
    - Master Of Marketing Management.
    - Masters in Human Resource Development Management.
    Besides the course mentioned above you may even prepare for various Bank PO exams and go for job in banking sector.
