Which M.Sc specialization is best for me?

My interest is in Reproductive Complications and genetics.I'm right now doing BSc Microbiology but have no clue about which Msc program i should opt for.I wanna study reproductive complications with respect to genetics and virlogy,as in HIV kinda stuff, suggest me the best college and salary with it
