    Hi Sohel,
Final-year engineering and technology students who wish to go for higher studies should take the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) and obtain a high score to join an M.Tech. course with scholarship.
Some institutions and universities offer postgraduate programme in Robotics Engineering or Robotics and Automation through their departments of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.
Hence, I suggest you should choose Electrical Engineering as a subject while preparing for GATE.
Hope it helps. Please feel free to revert.
    Wish you luck.
