    Dear Aspirant, With an M.Sc. In Physics you would have options for an M.Tech degree are M.Tech in EE, M.Tech in ECE, M.Tech Remote Sensing, M.E. Avionics, M.Tech Nano-Science and Technology, M.Tech Embedded systems, M.Tech material sciences, etc. Will be specializations for which you will be eligible. One of my friends did M.Tech in ECE from LPU after the completion of an M.Sc. In Physics. To get admission to M.Tech in ECE at LPU, you should have passed with 60% aggregate marks in B.Tech.
