sir if I did distance course in PM ,it will fine but the organisation in which I work ,not consider this for promote. Hence I am looking for job which is based on my MBA degree as well as my experiance count

It is recommended that you evaluate BITS Pilani WILP MBA Manufacturing Systems program. It is a distance learning program and will be very valuable for you.
