Which management course will be better among PGDM and MBA?

MBA is university certification and PGDM by AICTE / AIMA. Both are equal in all respects (For Higher Education, Employment etc.)

Both MBA and PGDM are similar degrees. There is only nomenclature difference between the two degrees. Universities and it's affiliated colleges award MBA degree and colleges not affiliated to any university award PGDM. Both degrees have same acceptance in job market. More then name of degree, name o
