    HR would be the right option to pursue a career in Administration & Personnel as it would provide you more knowledge for this field.

    Hi, first of all its is personnel and not personal. Human Resources is evolving as a very specialised subject. Only few companies specially in the small and mid size has combined role of HR and Admin. If you are looking for a career in HR, you should pursue MBA/ PG full time from tier 1 institutes. Preferably from the institutes like TISS, Symbiosis, XLRI, JBIMS, XIBM etc. If you are looking to handle IR i.e. Industrial Relation where you need to work in a factory with handling labours, then you should do MLS/ MSW or MBA from good institutes as mentioned above and Maharashtra Institute of Labour Studies Mumbai.
