HR would be the right option to pursue a career in Administration & Personnel as it would provide you more knowledge for this field.

Hi, first of all its is personnel and not personal. Human Resources is evolving as a very specialised subject. Only few companies specially in the small and mid size has combined role of HR and Admin. If you are looking for a career in HR, you should pursue MBA/ PG full time from tier 1 institutes.
