    Keep applying to state run government universities. Also, apply in NITs.

    If you are expecting a good Infrastructure, faculty members from the Industry, Better Placement Opportunities, you should apply for MET college which is in Bandra (W), Mumbai. You have a sure shot chance at 67 percentile for PGDM course.
