Which MBA colleges for HR provide best placements and with easy to qualify entrance exam for taking admission?

I have done MA in political science but want to switch to MBA because of less and uncertain career options under arts background. Coming from arts background, I don't have a strong base of maths, etc. So, I am looking forward to colleges that accept minimal marks with great placements.
