Rahul, I would not advise you an MBA, since the design industry is a Talent Industry and only Talents lead the way, so to be a boss you have to have the talent. Ideally if you want to do masters, look for something in Commercial Arts or Design or Media. Yes, you can also do a diploma, since employers would look at the value you add to your earlier talent. If you're keen on marketing then look for an online marketing course since it uses graphic design extensively. Wish you the best for your career.
