Which MBA course should I choose amongst marketing, finance and supply chain management?
I am 24 years old and have done my B.Tech in mechanical engineering. I am currently working in a Japanese MNC in purchase/supply chain and logistics.

Finance and marketing are normal but supply chain have better options.

Depends on your personal choice. Marketing is the most common while there are limited good colleges for finance and Operations.
