Which MBA degree should I pursue? I am an IAF officer with BE (mech.) degree, experience 20 years as an engg. officer in aviation field.

Indian Air Force technical officers have vast People and Technical resources management skills. They do not require fulltime manage ment vourses. You areeligible to do IIM special full time management course organised by Directorate of Resettlement. You may subscribe to those courses once your premature retirement is approved.
I am of the opinion that 2 years fulltime MBA course may not be suitable for you at this stage. You can evaluate fulltime Executive MBA from ISB Hyderabad or Mohali, legacy IIMs and MDi for good career option.

7 years agoI would recommend you to consider Executive MBA as it supplements your rich experience and helps you place yourself in relevant management position post your 20 years of experience. You can look at EPGP (IIM B) or PGPX (IIM A) in case you are planning to do MBA in India. Moreover, you can also look at 6-month long courses offered by IIM A/B/C for retired army executives to introduce them to the business world.
