PMP is useful, if you have IT background and planning to join IT or ITES Company. As an AE (M) officer, it may not directly help you to get a job. It can only be an additional qualification on your CV.

I would recommend you to consider Executive MBA as it supplements your rich experience and helps you place yourself in relevant management position post your 20 years of experience.
