Hi Himanshu. Bhai Parmanand is a an affiliated college of IPU itself. In IPU, the best college is USMS.

Mba(fm) from USMS is better than mba from bhai parmanand and Mba from bhai parmanand is better than Mba(fm) from other colleges of ipu
