EMBA is undoubtedly beneficial if you are a professional in management profile with 3-5 years of experience. You must be a graduate with at least 50% and you have to crack a management entrance exam.

A MBA in your work area is beneficial or else if you aspire to explore a new area than you should pursue your MBA in that area. A MBA in ones area of interest is always advisable.
