Which MBA is good for me with 2.4 Yrs of Experience, EMBA or regular MBA?

I am a hotel Managment grad frm a reputed college, I joined retail & served fr 2.4 yrs as an asst mnger & nw i have switched to a 2nd firm who are payin me comparitvly well. I plan to a MBA as i need to polish myself further but still in dilemma to do an exective or regular..suggest wth collg name
