Dear frnd, will you plz tell me from which mode you have done your graduation? and from hom much time you are doing this job. well you have to go for regular MBA coz you have experience and you have to go MBA in Human Resources.
plz feel free to ask more.
  • You should opt for regular MBA , because in regular MBA, you will get to understand the concept as well as the subjects which you need to study in management course. Regular MBA course helps one to flourish in the career.

Hi Akshay, Regular MBA or PGDM does always have an advantage over distance mode. As your work experience is not that much, so you should start giving entrance exams for regular programmes which will help you further for getting good packages & job profiles.
