You should opt for regular MBA. Executive MBA is a good option only after having 4-5 years of work experience. Work experience of 1-2 years is apt for the regular MBA. You can score good percentile in MBA entrance exam and get into a top B-school for MBA/PGDM course.

You can check with Great lakes, Chennai. It is a good B-school. Great Lake accepts MAT score.

Executive MBA is advisable if you are currently working and having a work ex of 5-6 years. Go for a regular MBA as it will open up more options and career opportunities for you.

If you are a job aspirant, then it is always advisable to do a regular MBA. If you are employed and wish to climb the corporate ladder without a break from routine job chores, then you may prefer Executive, part-time, or a distance MBA.
