Hi, All the streams are equally important and have good future scope. In my view, finance have an edge over others as more people are acquiring knowledge as the information technology has advanced and availability of internet. People need smart advisors to finance their money, so more opportunities for retail/investment banks, credit/risk advisors, financial analysts. More tools would be required to study the trends of the market. Marketing also has an equal opportunity in coming years were marketing need to be more intelligent and smart as people will already having much knowledge of available products. You can see the current trend of checking prices online and offline and making comparison before any purchase. Hence, the current tools and techniques need to be applied in a better to get positive results in marketing. Human resources deals mainly with labor management and similar streams, now HR people are not only working on salary management of employees or working on employee conflicts but also having a difficult task of retaining the employees keeping their needs fulfilled. Hence, HR is also getting challenging. All these 3 streams are going to be challenging and will bring lot of opportunities for managers. Finance will be ahead of 3 because money always matters in business and efficient utilization with maximum profit will always generate opportunities for finance students.
