If you have strong IT skills, then you should definitely pursue MBA in IT otherwise MBA HR has a good scope.

My advice to you would be to know your interests, strengths and weaknesses. Look at the subjects of the fields and try to know where your interest lies. It depends on you how you can work in the particular field. Both the fields IT and HR have the jobs available. The scope in the career also depends

An MBA in HR graduate can work in the industries, corporate, colleges & schools, and MNCs. There are sufficient number of jobs in India, and of course, there is a great opportunity to work abroad.

There is more scope in IT.
In HR, you have to be patient to reach at a high level, but in IT as long as you are updating yourself according to changing technology, you will get higher growth.
