    Dear student,
MBA in HR is a very good option as well but considering the global scenario, I would suggest, you should opt for MBA in international business. It is highly recommendable.
    All the best.

    Hi,
Though IB as a specialization is relatively new as compared with HR, both are equally rewarding and challenging. It all depends upon where your interests lie.

    Hi,
As we know that HR is not a so called 'profit making' part of the organization, so if you choose any college through MAT, it is often true that your initial salary will be quiet below the expenditure. Try HR with higher score in CAT.
In terms of present market scenario, HR recruitment has been segregated, but you get a sustainable job profile and good in hand salary through CAT. In case of IB, you will have to join an export firm as an initiator and make new client / lead through visiting various trade fair, it may be target based, if you are ready to do then go for IB.

    Hi,
If you are interested in understanding people's queries and giving them proper solutions, helping them by giving right suggestions, etc. then you can go for HR. But, if you are interested to work as a professional in big corporate offices like import and export, international services, international tourism service, global marketing / global finances, etc. then IB (international business) is for you. Both sectors are good for career, so you just think and choose it according to your interest.

I would definitely go out for international business with its wider reach and have good abroad perspective. Check the course offered by IMS Ghaziabad UCC to know it more familiar and also to get an idea of the career scope after Master degree in IB https://www.shiksha.com/college/ims-ghaziabad-university-courses-campus-49334/course-master-of-international-business-mib-276258.

The scope of HRM is very wide: Personnel aspect-This is concerned with manpower planning, recruitment, selection, placement, transfer, promotion, training and development, layoff and retrenchment, remuneration, incentives, productivity, etc. Whereas an MBA in International Business brings in exciting career opportunities as it concentrates on management operations, international management tactics, and world economics. As per my experience, LPU is the best University to join for this programme. I am a pass out from LPU and have profoundly utilized my time here in shaping my personality along with self-analysis.
